STEP 2 - Successful account login
Once into your account, a message will announce success at the top
- There is a 5 second delay until redirected to the main page
STEP 3 - Enter body measurements
Vital measurements are always recommended (see below though); secondary and tertiary measurements also highly recommended to determine the effectiveness of different exercises on muscle growth
- Just click "Reset" if you need to start over!
- For MEN, due to hormonal regulation of fat deposition, we ALWAYS recommend the WAIST measurement be included if Weight in being inputed
- For WOMEN, also due to hormonal regulation of fat deposition, we ALWAYS recommend the HIPS measurement be included if Weight in being inputed
- The full power of Data Charting will not be seen unless you enter ALL measurements periodically, and IF you are doing weight training exercises designed to work all the major muscles of the body!
STEP 4 - Measurement precision
You may enter your measurments with up to two decimal place precision
- We recommend doing quarter-inch increments in your measurements!
- Feel free to use either whatever measurement system you wish... but be consistent in using the SAME one!
STEP 5a - Data entry limit
The message below will appear if you try more than once per day!
- Once a day seems totally logical... but Internet trolls would love to clog our database by automating a million entries a day!
STEP 5b - Successfully Entered Data
The message below will appear if you have successfully entered body composition data into the database
- ALL your inputed data can be downloaded once you make a graph of it using our Data Charting
- The real power of all this body composition data is when you chart it with our Data Charting to REALLY see how your exercises are affecting the composition of your body
